As it pertains to Mario Maurelli, we are pleased to be able to provide you with the following thoughts and comments.
“Mario, you’re killing me” is a standard greeting from Sharon. He laughs heartily when asked to clean up former employee’s messes. He is often able to discern which item is the “thingy” for which we are calling.
But really, in the hectic environment of retail services, Mario is a very kind and patient individual. He has a good sense of urgency and does not hesitate to act and follow through. Mario acts as a good mentor and offers a sympathetic ear when necessary to explain (and explain and explain and explain…!) processes and terminology. It then goes without saying that Mario has a great sense of humor.
Most recently, Sharon and I had to contact Mario to have some extinguishers installed for a new store opening inspection, and we needed it done three hours prior to calling!! Luckily, Mario convinced the contractor to go and beat the inspector to the location. Good job!
Suffice it to say, the ladies here love Mario, “he’s da bomb” and we are honored to be able to provide these kind words.
