Academy's service experience history started in 1933, when the Rose family acquired the S&I Plumbing and Fire Protection Service Company. The company's founder, Anthony Rose, passed the company to his son Michael, who operated the business from the early 60s until his retirement in the late 90s. He then passed the torch to his only son Michael Rose Jr, who now runs the company and has focused on global services. The acting CEO is anxiously waiting the time when he can work with his now -year-old son, Michael Rose the third, to strategize about the company's future.
